ABOUT OUR GUEST

Natacha Pennycooke is the owner of Natacha Pennycooke Therapy.  She helps those struggling with self-doubt from trauma, anxiety and depression, to heal and live their best life. She does this all from an anti-oppressive, healing focused, trauma-informed and anti-Black racism lens, to challenge Euro-centric practices that have been central to generational traumas of racialized communities.

In her 11 years+ as a psychotherapist, she has taken her hardest experiences and turned them into opportunities for growth. She discovered that all humans have the desire to be loved, appreciated, valued, accepted and understood. But sometimes our life experiences and different types of traumas can lead to fear, self-doubt and nervousness.

She works to help you understand the source of your fears, recognize the warning signs and challenge yourself to be comfortable with the uncomfortable.
