TORONTO, CANADA – October 18, 2024 — Karlyn Percil-Mercieca, respected Human Equity and inclusive leadership coach and CEO of KDPM Equity Institute, is proud to introduce KOFA AI, an innovative AI-powered, human-supported coaching platform designed to integrate emotional intelligence, cultural equity, and psychological safety as a skillset. Karlyn will unveil KOFA AI at the inaugural AI Global South Summit in her native home, Saint Lucia, taking place Oct 29th - 31st.

Each profile integrates emotional data processing frameworks inspired by KDPM’s LEAP To Equity, Ancestral Leadership and Emotional Intelligence Frameworks to foster holistic self-determination, purpose development and inclusive leadership development.
